Trainer: David Wolfenden
Voice Coach: Joy Newman

When things are going well we are able to make some decisions in our interpretation into English which may have an element of genius to them.  Our coherence is utterly free of error. And the experience of Deaf members of the audience is reflected in the faces of the hearing members thanks to our work.

In this a 2-day workshop, designed for interpreters who show elements of genius in their work, or those who are looking to develop further, we anaylse interpretations and find out why and how moments of genius come about.
Sessions will be a mixture of plenary, small group (scenarios) and triad work. Participants should bring with them a sample of their work into English (Video footage. Less than 10 minutes. BSL source in shot).
