Room Hire Rates

Situated within a five minute walk of Canada Water and Bermondsey stations on the Jubilee Line, and Rotherhithe on the London Overground, and with a good selection of buses, the venue has excellent transport links making it easily accessible no matter where you are travelling from.

Hires are available at weekends and evenings on request.

Room 1 includes:

  • Flexible seating for 12-16 people
  • Large TV and DVD player
  • Portable Data Projector
  • Table/Chairs
  • Individual folding tables (max 10)
  • 3 x 2 wall sockets

Room 2 includes:

  • Flexible seating for 8 – 12 people
  • Small TV and DVD player
  • Fixed ceiling Data Projector
  • Table/Chairs
  • Individual folding tables (maximum 8)
  • 3 x 2 wall sockets

Room 3 includes:

  • 4 comfortable padded chairs
  • 2 x coffee tables
  • 1 x 2 wall sockets

Plus Breakout and Kitchen Areas.
